Hero MotoCorp Service Schedule

Hero MotoCorp offers free services on all its two-wheelers. Services must be availed within the stipulated km or day conditions — whichever comes first.

Motorcycles

Warranty: 5 years / 70,000 km

Each paid service must be availed within 90 days OR 3000 km from the previous service — whichever is earlier. Exception: Karizma XMR 210 paid services are within 180 days or 6000 km.

Warranty Terms

5-Year Warranty

All Hero motorcycles: 5 years or 70,000 km. All Hero scooters: 5 years or 50,000 km — whichever is earlier.

Authorised Service Only

All free and paid services must be done at an authorised Hero MotoCorp workshop to remain eligible for warranty.

Service Timing

Each paid service must be availed within 90 days from previous service (180 days for Karizma XMR).

Genuine Parts Only

Only Hero MotoCorp genuine parts are used at RideX. Warranty is void if non-genuine parts are used.
